Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking an Outbound Sales Representative fluent in Portuguese and English to join our Lisbon team on-site. You will engage potential business customers through outbound calls, qualify leads, and present software solutions tailored to client needs.

You will manage a structured sales pipeline, hit performance KPIs, and collaborate with internal sales support. The role offers onboarding training, 40-hour weeks, and a 12-month contract with potential extension.

Qualifications

We are hiring fluent Portuguese and English speakers for an international social media and technology project in Lisbon.

Working Conditions

• Location: TP Nations, Lisbon, Portugal.
• Work model: On-site.
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, rotational schedule between 09:00 and 18:00.
• Working week: 40 hours.
• Training: Approximately 8 working days, 8 hours per day.
• Annual leave: 22 days per year.
• Contract: Uncertain-term employment contract with a foreseeable duration of 12 months; permanent contract after 2 years, as specified in the employment conditions.

Compensation & Benefits

• Holiday and Christmas bonuses, paid in monthly instalments on top of the base salary.
