CBT in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Support Representative to assist Italian-speaking users. You will respond to inquiries via email, chat, or other channels and resolve account, login, and technical issues while delivering excellent service.

You will work in a 24/7 rotating schedule with shifts, plus a relocation package to Lisbon including flights, accommodation, and utilities. Training is in English, with pay during training.

Qualificações

• Fluency in Italian, written and spoken.
• Good command of English for training and internal communication.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset and professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently and in an international team.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Previous customer service or technical support experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or other support channels.
• Provide accurate solutions for account, login, technical, and platform-related problems.
• Communicate clearly and empathetically with Italian-speaking users.
• Apply company guidelines and troubleshooting procedures.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department.
