SpeakIt in Lisbon is seeking a motivated Recruitment Specialist to join our multilingual team. You will own the end-to-end recruitment process, attract top talent for client roles, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

You will source candidates, screen and interview, present CVs with profiles to clients, and collaborate with the Recruitment Manager to meet staffing objectives in a fast-paced environment. This hybrid role offers growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Experience as Recruitment Specialist or similar.
• Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
