Onile IT in Lisbon is seeking an IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment from initial interview to offer, publish ads and actively source candidates, and assess CVs. You will schedule interviews and coordinate proposals with hiring teams.

The ideal candidate holds a university degree in management, HR, psychology or a related field, has 2+ years of IT recruitment experience, and is proficient with Excel and Outlook. The role is hybrid, with 3 days per week in Lisbon.

Qualificações

• Bachelor-level degree in management, HR, psychology or similar.
• 2+ years of proven experience in Recruitment & Selection, IT profiles.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from initial interview to candidate proposal.
• Render and publish ads on platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.).
• Identify and attract candidates (sourcing).
• Analyze CVs, schedule and conduct interviews.
