act digital is seeking a Fee Payables Officer to manage the computation, validation, and payment of invoices related to commissions while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

The role combines hands-on invoice processing with cross‑department liaison (Front Office, Middle Office, Finance) to ensure accurate data, timely settlements, and maintenance of data integrity in a hybrid Lisbon-based environment.

Responsabilidades

• Control and validate received invoices, ensuring accurate data recording and maintenance in internal systems.
• Compare invoice data with contractual conditions, calculate commissions and fees, validate amounts, and investigate discrepancies to determine root causes and implement resolutions.
• Liaise with Front Office, Middle Office, Finance, etc. to resolve pending issues.
• Process payments and accounting entries, ensuring timely invoice settlement.
• Monitor and control financial breaks to maintain data integrity.
