Go4Mobility is seeking an Accounts Payable specialist to support our financial operations in Lisbon. You will process supplier invoices, ensure timely payments, and manage AP inbox communications in a hybrid work setup.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years’ AP experience, strong SAP (COPA a plus) and advanced Excel skills, with English proficiency and a willingness to work 2–3 days per week at our Lisbon office.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or similar field (preferred).
• 3–4 years’ professional experience in Accounts Payable.
• Knowledge of SAP; SAP COPA is a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills are mandatory.
• English proficiency at an independent user level.

Responsabilidades

• Receive, verify, and process supplier invoices.
• Ensure timely supplier payments in line with treasury guidelines.
• Manage and respond to emails within AP inboxes.
• Create and update supplier records in SAP.
• Maintain and update treasury support files and documentation.
• Archive invoices validated in JIRA.
• Post invoices in SAP accurately and on time.
• Prepare documentation for review ahead of bi-monthly payment cycles.
• Process salary and tax payments for all group companies.
