Horizonia in Lisbon is seeking fluent French-speaking Customer Service Advisors to join our elite support team in Portugal's vibrant capital.

Qualificações

• Language Proficiency: Fluency in French (C1/C2) and a strong working knowledge of English (B2).
• Tech Intuition: The confidence to troubleshoot basic technical issues related to systems, devices, and connectivity.
• Clarity: The ability to guide customers through complex procedures with patience and ease.
• Eligibility: You hold EU Citizenship, a valid Residence Card, or a Manifest of Interest.
