Ignite in Lisbon is hiring Flemish-speaking Customer Support Advisors. No prior experience required; fully paid training will prepare you to deliver a top-tier brand experience. The role offers a flexible hybrid schedule with 2–3 remote days per week and on-site collaboration in Lisbon.

You will assist Flemish-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat, resolve issues in collaboration with the CRM system, and ensure high satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native Flemish communication.
• Functional English (B2) for updates and training.
• Strong interpersonal and writing skills.
• Comfortable using MS Office and CRM platforms.
• Self-discipline for home work.
• Willingness to learn; no prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Customer Assistance: handle Flemish-speaking customer contacts via phone, email, and live chat.
• Troubleshooting & Support: assist with appliance features, orders, warranty inquiries, and basic problem solving.
• Case Management: log and monitor interactions in CRM, ensure records, follow up until resolved.
• Quality & Empathy: deliver high satisfaction through listening, clear communication and empathy.
• Team Collaboration: work with team leaders and colleagues online and in-office to meet standards.
