Ignite in Lisbon is seeking a Flemish-speaking Customer Support Advisor. The role offers a hybrid schedule with 2–3 days remote and on-site days in a modern Lisbon center.

No prior experience is required as comprehensive training is provided to empower long-term success. You will handle Flemish customer inquiries, guide product usage, manage service tickets in our CRM, and maintain high satisfaction through empathetic, effective communication.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native Flemish language skills; good English (B2) required.
• Excellent spoken and written communication with client focus.
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM software; ability to work remotely.
• Self-motivated with problem-solving abilities and adaptability.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid 2–3 days remote schedule.

Responsibilities

• Handle Flemish customer inquiries via phone, email, live messaging.
• Guide customers through product usage questions and warranty claims.
• Record and track service tickets in the CRM with precise notes.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction with empathetic, actionable responses.
• Collaborate with supervisors and colleagues online and in-person.
