You will assist customers across channels, explain product features, and resolve issues for a renowned electronics brand. Strong communication in English (B2) and Flemish at C1/C2 level is required.

Qualifications

• Fluent command of Flemish (C1/C2) and professional English (B2).
• Experience in customer service or related roles a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple software and messaging platforms.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Provide product setup help, ship/warranty info, and general technical support.
• Log all interactions in CRM with accurate case details.
