Qualifications

• C2 English proficiency required (written and spoken).
• Lisbon-based with legal right to work in Portugal.
• Previous customer support experience is advantageous.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer-first mindset.
• Comfort with email, chat, and phone channels.
• Ability to follow policies and guidelines accurately.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve user issues related to advertisements, ad accounts, payments, and platform functionality.
• Explain advertising policies, account requirements, and platform guidelines to users.
• Troubleshoot technical issues affecting ad creation, delivery, or billing with timely resolutions.
• Guide users to resolve concerns independently where possible.
• Provide clear, customer-friendly solutions via email, chat, and phone.
• Escalate complex issues with proper documentation and follow-up.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction with efficient case management and first-contact resolution.
