Compensation includes a gross base salary of €938 per month, meal allowance of €7 per eligible day, and health/dental insurance after signing.

Qualifications

• English at C1 level or above with excellent spoken and written communication.
• Empathy, a willingness to learn and a collaborative approach.
• Ability to de-escalate difficult situations and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre- and post-sales support by chat, email and telephone.
• Answer questions about advertising tools and help customers use self-service solutions.
• Resolve issues with empathy and contribute to customer satisfaction.
