Minor Hotels Europe & Americas in Lisbon is seeking a dedicated Concierge to be the first point of contact for guests, delivering a personalized and memorable stay. You will anticipate needs, share insider recommendations, and arrange bespoke services across the hotel.

You will work closely with all departments to ensure seamless, high‑standard service throughout every guest interaction, reflecting professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in Concierge, Guest Relations, Front Office or similar roles in 4-5 star hotels.
• Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism or related field preferred.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English required; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and deliver personalised assistance from arrival to departure.
• Provide expert information on Lisbon and local experiences.
• Arrange and coordinate reservations and bespoke services.
• Record guest preferences to personalise journeys.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
