We are seeking a highly organized and customer service‑oriented individual to join our team as a part‑time Concierge in Lisbon. As a concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check‑in process
• Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and events
• Arrange transportation for guests as needed
• Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
• Maintain a clean and welcoming lobby area
• Assist with luggage handling and storage
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are prepared for guest arrivals
• Keep track of guest preferences and special requests
• Handle guest complaints in a timely manner, escalating to management when necessary

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and events
• Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and evenings

Salary: The salary for this position is $1500 per month.

Location: This position is based in the beautiful city of Lisbon. Accommodation can be provided if needed.
