Concierge Assistant

As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests at our hotel in Lisbon. You will assist the Concierge in fulfilling guest requests and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. This is a full-time position that does not require previous experience, making it an excellent opportunity for those looking to start their career in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude, making them feel welcome and valued.


• Assist the Concierge in fulfilling guest requests such as restaurant reservations, transportation arrangements, and entertainment bookings.


• Provide information about local attractions, events, and activities to help guests make the most of their stay.


• Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.


• Maintain a clean and organized concierge desk area.


• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.


• Assist with luggage handling when needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent education required.


• Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus).


• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.


• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month for this full-time position.

This job is located in Lisbon, one of the most beautiful cities in Europe. As the capital of Portugal, Lisbon offers a rich culture, delicious food, and stunning architecture. It's also known for its warm climate and beautiful beaches.

Work Visa

This position is open to candidates who already have their own work visa for Portugal. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide visa sponsorship at this time.

Accommodation

As this is not a live-in position, accommodation will not be provided. We recommend seeking accommodation in the city center, close to public transportation for easy access to work.
