Minor Hotels Europe & Americas is seeking a Receptionist to join the Front Office team in Lisbon. You will welcome guests, manage check-ins/outs, allocate rooms, and respond to requests while upholding the hotel’s customer satisfaction standards.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.
• Fluency in local language is a must and high level of English is required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, TMS, Front Office systems.
• Flexibility to respond to a variety of work situations.
• Sales oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out in a timely, professional manner.
• Assist guests with requests, inquiries, and recommendations for local sights.
• Communicate guest needs to other departments and report any issues.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel products, services, promotions, and events.
• Provide information about local area and services, including dining and transportation.
• Support night operations including invoicing, cash handling, and night audit reports.
• Assist other departments as necessary and follow brand standards.
