Job summary

Hiscox Lisbon is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to translate business and people priorities into practical plans and delivery. You will partner with leaders across Operations, Finance, Claims and Underwriting, providing credible HR advice and driving key HR initiatives.

Based in Lisbon, you will combine strategic partnering with hands-on delivery, managing HR projects, change workstreams and employee relations matters within agreed policies and authority.

Qualifications

• Experience partnering with senior business leaders to translate people priorities into practical plans.
• Strong delivery mindset with ability to manage end-to-end HR projects and change initiatives.
• Solid knowledge of Portuguese employment law and fair process.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to deliver people plans across Operations and supporting functions.
• Provide credible HR advice, influence stakeholders and challenge proposals where appropriate.
• Lead workforce planning, talent reviews and development activities with HR leadership.
