Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Project Management.
• HR Operations experience.
• Fluency in English to a professional business level.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and collaboration.
• Proactive, hands-on mindset with ownership and accountability.
• Problem-solving, decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Change management and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Lead People projects from start to finish: plan, coordinate and deliver initiatives with clear objectives and measurable outcomes.
• Improve and optimise People processes by reviewing and streamlining workflows.
• Build stakeholder alignment with cross-team collaboration and clear communication.
• Document and standardise ways of working: SOPs and guidelines for consistency and efficiency.
• Navigate and drive change, managing ambiguity and resistance while ensuring adoption.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities and leveraging AI tools in People ops.
