Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems, based in Lisbon, seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to lead the local HR agenda in alignment with business goals. You will manage recruitment, onboarding, development, performance management and workforce planning in a manufacturing context.

The role requires a university degree in HR, at least 3 years of HRBP experience, and strong English and Portuguese language skills. You will report to the local management team and influence strategic decisions while

Qualifications

University degree in HR or similar field.
Proven experience as HR Business Partner (min 3 years).
Knowledge of Portuguese labor law and HR practices.
Experience in an operational or manufacturing environment is a plus.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the local HR agenda aligned with business objectives.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, development, performance management, succession and offboarding.
Support organizational change initiatives and workforce planning.
Ensure compliance with labor law, GDPR, and internal HR policies.
Collaborate with management to drive employee engagement and HR governance.
