COREcruitment Ltd. is seeking an International HR Business Partner to partner with site leaders across multi-site venues in Portugal and the UK.

You will balance strategic workforce planning with hands-on advisory work on employee relations, performance, and compliance, reporting to the Head of People. You will drive HR analytics, headcount planning, and policy implementations across multiple markets, while maintaining strong credibility on the restaurant floor and collaborating with legal,

Formación

• 5+ years of progressive HR Generalist or HRBP experience in hospitality/retail/leisure.
• Deep knowledge of Portuguese labor law and compliance standards.
• Proven end-to-end employee relations management experience.
• Proficient with modern HRIS platforms and HR analytics.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
• Strong interpersonal skills, credible on the shop floor, direct advisory style.
• Experience establishing HR operations/compliance in new international markets.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary HR advisor for venue leaders; coach managers on leadership and team climate management.
• Manage end-to-end employee relations cases with legal compliance and fair investigations.
• Collaborate on headcount budgeting, seasonal staffing, succession planning, and skills gap analysis.
• Ensure compliance with Portuguese labor law and update policies with external legal advisors as needed.
• Utilize HRIS data, engagement metrics, and AI tools to identify trends and reduce turnover.
• Support venue launches, restructures, policy rollouts, and multi-market growth.
• Oversee job classifications and salary benchmarking; coordinate with Finance on adjustments.
• Lead performance evaluation frameworks for venue management and onboarding of leaders.
• Contribute to group HR initiatives like OKRs, engagement programs, and culture surveys.
