• Native-level fluency in Polish.
• Good command of English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently while managing multiple customer cases.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and digital tools.
• An interest in animals or previous experience related to pet care is considered an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer support to pet owners via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Respond to product-related inquiries and deliver accurate information.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently, aiming for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
• Manage your own case workload while independently identifying the best solutions for customers.
• Escalate complex issues when necessary to minimize business risk.
• Record customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by capturing customer feedback and insights.
• Work collaboratively with your team to achieve service quality targets and performance objectives.
