The role offers an office-based Lisbon position with relocation support and company accommodation for eligible candidates relocating from over 100 km, with a Monday to Friday 08:00–17:00 schedule. Qualificações

• Polish-speaking capability required.
• Comfortable with CRM systems and digital tools.
• Ability to manage multiple customer cases independently.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support to pet owners via phone, email, and other channels.
• Respond to product-related inquiries and resolve issues.
• Record interactions accurately in the CRM system and maintain data quality.
• Strive for first-contact resolution and escalate complex cases as needed.
