CloserHire is recruiting a Polish-speaking Pet Care Customer Specialist for a Lisbon-based role with relocation support. You will help pet owners via phone, email, and other channels, delivering accurate product information and first-class service.

You’ll join an international team, work 08:00–17:00 Monday to Friday, and benefit from onboarding, paid training, health insurance, and relocation assistance including possible company accommodation.

Qualificações

• Native-level Polish language skills required.
• Good command of English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support to pet owners via phone, email, and other channels.
• Respond to product-related inquiries and deliver accurate information.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently, aiming for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
• Manage your own case workload while independently identifying the best solutions for customers.
• Escalate complex issues when necessary to minimize business risk.
• Record customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by capturing customer feedback and insights.
• Work collaboratively with your team to achieve service quality targets and performance objectives.
