The position is full-time and hybrid, based in Lisbon with occasional travel. The successful candidate will learn preferences and make decisions independently over time, sustaining trust and discretion.

Qualificações

• 2–3 years of professional experience in PA/EA or related fast-moving environments.
• Based in Lisbon area with ability to travel.
• Proactive, reliable, discreet with strong judgement.

Responsabilidades

• Manage calendar, appointments and priorities for the principal.
• Filter emails and communications.
• Organise travel including flights, hotels, transport and itineraries.
• Coordinate household logistics, suppliers, deliveries and services.
• Prepare for travel and handle practical arrangements.
• Create simple systems to run daily life smoothly.
