Boeva Tech in Lisbon is seeking an Italian-speaking Insurance Support Specialist for a fixed-term contract (CDD) of 6 months. You will be the main contact for customers and brokers, providing professional support, clear information, and efficient solutions.

The schedule runs 7 am–9 pm, Monday to Sunday with rotating days off; start date is 10 September 2026. The role offers €1,000 gross/month paid over 14 months, plus €100 gross/month bonus and a €7.63 net/day meal allowance, in a multicultural,

Qualificações

• Italian: Native/C2 level, both written and spoken.
• English: B2 level or higher.
• Previous customer service experience; insurance experience is a strong plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Handle customer inquiries through phone and email, providing professional and empathetic support.
• Answer questions about insurance products, policies, and coverage options.
• Assist customers with policy cancellations and related requests.
• Support insurance brokers by handling and directing their inquiries accurately.
• Provide clear, accurate, and up-to-date information.
• Access and update customer information using internal systems.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive experience.
• Maintain a professional and helpful attitude, including in challenging situations.
