Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Italian) to join an Insurance Company project on-site. This role starts on 10 September, 2026 and follows a fixed 8-hour shift pattern, five days a week, with rotating days and a 7 AM–9 PM window.

You will be part of an international, multicultural team. The position includes a base salary of €1,000 per month paid over 14 months, a €100 monthly bonus, meal allowance of €7.63 per working day, relocation

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (on-site)
Start Date: 10 September, 2026Schedule: 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week - Monday to Sunday, 7 AM - 9 PM. Rotative shifts, Days off: 2 Rotational days

Offer & Benefits:

• Base Salary: €1000/month (x14 months)
• Performance Bonus: €100/month (x12 months)
• Meal Allowance: €7.63 Per working Day
• Relocation from outside of Portugal: Relocation support includes access to accommodation in a shared apartment with companies other employees for a maximum period of 12 months. Utilities are included, with an accommodation cost of €280 deducted directly from the monthly payslip.
