CloserHire is seeking a Dutch-speaking customer support specialist to move to Lisbon and support B2B clients via live chat and ticketing systems. You will troubleshoot platform issues, document interactions, and escalate complex cases as needed.

The role offers a relocation package, private health insurance, and a chance to work for a globally recognized brand in a vibrant Lisbon office. You will earn 1100EUR x 14 yearly with 14 salaries annually for holiday and Christmas pay.

Qualificações

• Fluent Dutch (C2) and English (B2) required.
• Experience in Digital Advertising or Technical Customer Support preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
