FH Collective Academy in Lisbon is hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join a leading international BPO company. The role covers phone, email, and chat support with a focus on helpful, human service.

You'll benefit from a relocation package, on-site in Lisbon with remote options within Portugal, and accommodation options. The position offers a monthly gross salary of €1,500 with accommodation or €1,220 without, plus bonuses and benefits.

Qualificações

• Fluent Dutch communication skills (C1/C2).
• Good level of English for written and spoken interactions.

Responsabilidades

• Be the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email or chat.
• Provide friendly, practical help to solve day-to-day questions as part of an international team.
