FH Collective Academy is hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join a leading international BPO in Lisbon. On-site and remote options are available within Portugal, with a full relocation package.

Salary options: €1,500 gross/month with accommodation or €1,220 gross/month without. Perks include flight tickets, private health insurance from day one, paid training, and Holiday/Christmas bonuses.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and good level of English.
• Portugal-based or willing to relocate soon.
• Customer support experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Be the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email or chat.
• Provide genuine, helpful support to solve day-to-day questions as part of an international team.
