The Role

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Supporting customers across multiple communication channels
• Assisting with billing, invoicing and account-access enquiries
• Troubleshooting platform, product and technical issues
• Guiding customers on how to use products, features and services effectively
• Identifying customer issues and providing clear, accurate solutions
• Delivering a high-quality customer experience in a technology-driven environment
• Keeping up to date with product developments and new features

What We're Looking For

• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Previous experience or knowledge in IT, technical support, technology or AI is highly valued
• Candidates without direct professional AI experience may also be considered if they have a genuine interest in and passion for Artificial Intelligence and new technologies
• Previous customer service or technical support experience is an advantage
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable troubleshooting technical or product-related issues
• Curious, adaptable and eager to learn about emerging technologies
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment
• Availability to work onsite in Lisbon
