Qualificações

• Fluent written and spoken English.
• EU citizenship or a valid, unrestricted EU work permit.
• Strong interest in technology, customer support, and AI innovations.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts in a 24/7 environment.

Responsabilidades

• Guide, support, and onboard users of AI tools.
• Assist customers with billing, invoicing, and account management.
• Troubleshoot platform issues across channels with empathy and speed.
