Job summary

Eurofins is seeking a Head of Deployment and Support based in Braga, Portugal, to define and deliver deployment and support services for the Clinical LIMS Europe Program. You will lead a team of engineers, ensure service availability, and chair change management processes across multiple European countries.

The role requires 5+ years in service management, ITIL, and strong tool proficiency (Azure DevOps, JIRA/Trello).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in service management and/or rollouts.
• Proficiency with service management tools and project management tools.
• Working knowledge of BMC Helix, Azure DevOps, Trello or JIRA.
• Experience with ITIL V3 or V4 foundations.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver service management and deployment processes.
• Manage a team of support and deployment engineers.
• Provide incident status updates to senior leadership during major incidents.
• Lead post-incident analysis and mitigation planning.
• Develop observability across applications and relationships with partners.
• Create and manage change management processes.
• Mentor team members and set quality targets.
