EPAM Systems in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking a Sample Manager LIMS Engineer in a hybrid role to provide post-implementation support, configuration, and enhancements for Thermo Scientific SampleManager LIMS in a SaaS environment.

You will work with business and IT stakeholders to maintain system integrity, ensure compliance with standards, and support reports, dashboards, and workflows to meet lab operations needs.

Qualificações

• L2/L3 support experience within ITIL-aligned service frameworks.
• Hands-on SaaS experience with Thermo Scientific SampleManager LIMS (21.x/21.3).
• Proficiency in SampleManager configuration tools and SQL for data querying and troubleshooting.
• Experience configuring SampleManager reports and dashboards.

Responsabilidades

• Act as SME for Thermo Scientific SampleManager LIMS.
• Collaborate with laboratory users and IT teams to address system needs.
• Manage system configuration, user access and compliance.
• Troubleshoot incidents to minimize downtime.
• Handle change and problem management per ITIL processes.
• Maintain detailed documentation of processes and changes.
• Support report and dashboard configurations to meet operational needs.
