Eurofins is seeking a Project/Transition Lead in Portugal (Braga) to plan and execute ERP and related tool implementations. You will manage day-to-day delivery, risk and issues, and build detailed transition plans with input from GPOs and other stakeholders.

The role emphasizes governance, commercial awareness of SSC processes, and effective communication with senior internal and client staff in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.

Responsabilidades

• Planning and execution of project/transition activities, including ERP and other tools implementation, managing day to day delivery against key project/transition milestones and reporting on progress
• Responsibility for project Risk and Issues management, acting as first line of mitigation for issues
• Building detailed transition & implementation plan in cooperation with all parties who provide input (e.g. GPOs)
• Transition project management in line with or above agreed project or service level objectives by the target date
• Development/maintenance of effective commercial awareness of SSC processes and standards
• Stakeholders management – communication
• Keeping all parties informed
