Job summary

AMGEN Capability Center Portugal seeks a senior Learning & Performance leader to drive the Rest of World capability agenda and translate global priorities into market-ready capability plans. You will lead a connected, multi-market effort focused on leadership, engagement and execution disciplines to deliver business priorities.

You will partner with Commercial and HR leaders to align strategy with market needs, coach local teams, and embed adoption of modern learning approaches across diverse

Qualifications

Degree educated and 8–10 years of business experience.
Experience leading cross-functional teams in a complex, matrixed environment.
Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

Drive a scalable Rest of World capability agenda across markets.
Develop and manage the Rest of World Learning & Performance roadmap.
Coordinate deployment of global capability priorities into Rest of World.
Create understanding of market capability maturity and readiness.
Scale standards, tools and practices across markets while preserving local flexibility.
Provide product capability support for priority brands and launches.
Coordinate capability plans across multiple markets for execution.
