Job summary

EDP, a global energy leader, seeks a senior capability development leader to shape enterprise learning strategies in Portugal. You will partner with executives to translate business priorities into scalable capability-building programs and drive workforce readiness across a multinational environment.

In this role you will design end-to-end learning journeys, monitor adoption and impact, and steer a portfolio of initiatives that align with strategic objectives and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, OD, business or education fields.
• 8+ years in Learning & Development, Talent/Organizational Development or Capability Building.
• Experience designing enterprise-wide learning initiatives and working in complex multinational environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and consulting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation and evolution of capability development initiatives.
• Partner with business leaders to translate priorities into scalable solutions.
• Manage a portfolio of capability development programs and learning journeys.
• Define KPIs and measure impact of capability initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners for delivery.
