EDP Renewables is seeking a senior leader to design and evolve the capability development agenda across the group. You will translate business priorities into scalable learning solutions, partnering with business leaders and P&O Business Partners to drive performance and readiness.

The role requires 8+ years in L&D or related fields, experience in multinational organizations, and knowledge of AI-enabled learning solutions. Hybrid, full-time position in Lisbon, Portugal.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Organizational Development or Capability Building.
• Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-wide learning initiatives.
• Experience in complex, multinational, matrix organizations.
• Experience leading complex projects and influencing stakeholders in a global environment.
• Knowledge of learning technologies, AI-enabled learning solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design, implementation and evolution of the Group's capability development agenda.
• Act as a strategic partner translating priorities into scalable capability-building solutions.
• Drive delivery of capability-building initiatives across the organization.
• Define and track KPIs measuring impact of capability development.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners for delivery.
