Job summary

AMGEN Capability Center Portugal seeks an experienced Commercial Forecasting Sr Associate to drive data-driven forecasting for global brands. You will build forecast models, engage with marketing, R&D, finance and pricing teams, and support strategic planning with robust analytics.

You will work with a cross-functional team to deliver clear, actionable insights, present analyses to senior leaders, and contribute to broader business units as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Pharma/Biotech forecasting, demand planning, or supply chain forecasting.
• University Degree in commerce, finance, economics, mathematics, healthcare or related field.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Build detailed forecast models projecting units and revenue by indication/regions.
• Support business planning and decision making through financial analysis.
• Analyze competitors and market dynamics to inform forecasting models.
• Develop and deliver presentations that articulate key variables in the forecast.
• Act as the point of contact for global brand leads on forecasting deliverables.
• Collaborate with the CD&A organization to integrate insights and analytics.
• Support ACCP improvement activities and wider business units as needed.
