Qualificações

• Degree educated.
• 7+ years’ experience in strategy, planning, insights, communications, or operations within a large, complex organization.
• Professional fluency in English – this role will operate primarily in English.
• Strong expertise in analytics, audience research and performance measurement, KPI development and reporting.
• Proficiency in Portuguese or another European language.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain an overall Corporate Affairs strategy, planning and governance framework to support the region and affiliates across ELMAC, working in close partnership with the Senior Director of ELMAC Corporate Affairs, to ensure all activities support positive impact to the business.
• Leverage innovative tools, data and insights to inform Corporate Affairs decision-making and stakeholder engagement across ELMAC.
• Support issues management, leaning in to provide scalable counsel or hands-on support when needed.
• Enable employee communications initiatives, including standardized programs that convey important updates and connectivity across internal audiences.
