Job summary

Amgen Capability Center Portugal in Lisbon seeks an ELMAC Business Analytics & Insights Manager to oversee market research, analytics, and forecasting across regions. You will collaborate with Global Brand, Marketing, and Forecasting teams to link marketing assumptions to sales performance, supporting launches and business growth.

The role requires a doctorate, master’s or relevant degree with strong pharma market analysis experience, and excellent English presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Doctorate, Bachelor's or Master's degree and demonstrated pharmaceutical market analysis and/or business planning.
• Strong English communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee primary market research, secondary analytics, and short/long-term product forecasts.
• Collaborate with Global Brand team, affiliates, and forecasting groups.
• Translate market insights into actionable recommendations for brand planning and lifecycle management.
• Develop regional forecasting models and support affiliates.
• Enhance analytical capabilities with AI/ML tools.
