Job summary

Air Liquide ALEBS is seeking an HR Trainee for a 9–12 month program in Lisbon focused on Learning Support Services, Employee Data Management, and Payroll Administration. You will manage training logistics, maintain HRIS data integrity, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across core HR pillars.

Requirements include a Master’s in HR or related field, fluent English, and proficiency in an additional language (French, German or Dutch).

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in HR, Management or related field.
• Fluent English and at least one other language (French, German or Dutch).
• Interest in collaborating with people from diverse cultures and adapting to new environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Learning Support Services logistics and course catalog updates.
• Maintain Employee Data integrity in HRIS and ensure confidentiality/compliance.
• Support payroll processing, time/attendance reconciliation, and pre-payroll checks.
• Apply Lean/CI to document and optimize HR workflows and processes.
