Job summary

Air Liquide Europe Business Services (ALEBS) seeks Learning & Development Specialists & Support Analysts to join a fast-paced multinational team. You will manage learning programs, coordinate training sessions, and oversee platform management with a focus on flexibility and work-life balance.

Open to junior, experienced, and senior profiles; fluent English is mandatory, with other European languages a strong plus. Workday experience and strong organizational skills are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is mandatory.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems, Workday knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset with a customer-service attitude.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate learning programs across departments and manage logistics for training sessions.
• Manage LMS platforms and user support, including data entry and progress tracking.
• Prepare activity reports and support continuous improvement of L&D processes.
• Serve as a point of contact for basic L&D inquiries and liaise with business unit leaders.
