Jobseurope.Io in Lisbon is seeking an experienced Technical Support Team Leader who will guide, coach and develop a team of Technical Support Advisors, ensuring service excellence and KPI attainment.

You will conduct regular one-to-ones, handle escalations, monitor performance, and collaborate with Operations, Quality and Training to drive continuous improvement in a dynamic, international project.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Portuguese (C1/C2)
• Good command of English
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Leader in a Technical Support environment
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Experience working in a KPI-driven environment

Responsabilidades

• Leading, motivating, and coaching a team of Technical Support Advisors;
• Monitoring team performance and ensuring KPIs and quality targets are achieved;
• Conducting regular one-to-one meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews;
• Supporting the team with technical escalations and complex cases;
• Collaborating with Operations, Quality, and Training teams to drive continuous improvement;
• Creating a positive, customer-focused, and high-performing team environment.
