Konecta in Lisbon is seeking an experienced Technical Support Team Leader to guide a dynamic team of advisors delivering high-quality customer support across international clients.

You will coach, monitor KPIs, conduct regular performance reviews, and escalate complex issues while maintaining a customer-focused, results-driven environment. You will partner with Operations and Training to ensure onboarding, training, and continuous improvement across the team.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Leader in Technical Support.
• Native or fluent Spanish (C1/C2).
• Good command of English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, motivate, and coach a team of Technical Support Advisors.
• Monitor team performance and ensure KPIs and quality targets are met.
• Conduct regular one-to-one meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
• Support the team with complex technical escalations.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Training teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Create a positive, customer-focused, high-performing team environment.
