Goldenergy is seeking a senior leader to shape and scale its portfolio in solar energy, batteries, prosumers, EV charging and energy flexibility. The role combines product ownership with field operations management to define value propositions, business models and customer experience, while delivering teams and installations.

Qualificações

• Senior leadership experience in product strategy, portfolio management or field operations.
• Ability to translate market opportunities into actionable roadmaps and operating models.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across sales, operations, finance and legal.

Responsabilidades

• Define and maintain vision, roadmap and priorities for distributed-energy products and field operations.
• Design commercial models and bundles for solar, batteries, prosumer and EV charging services.
• Lead installation and after-sales operations, including partner onboarding and governance.
• Set installation standards, procedures and quality controls for consistent delivery.
• Own the end-to-end customer journey from lead to settlement and renewal.
