Job summary

EDP, a global energy company with a focus on renewable energy, is seeking a Senior Field Operations Specialist in Lisbon. The role centers on coordinating field activities, leading operations teams, and managing external service providers to deliver efficient, high-quality field services for the Solar Self-Consumption business.

You will plan capacity, monitor KPIs, drive process improvements, and maintain strong stakeholder relations across internal and external groups.

Qualifications

• University or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in operations, field service, maintenance, installation or technical services.
• Experience leading operational teams and managing external service providers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Field Operations activities aligning internal teams with external partners.
• Plan and monitor capacity, forecasts and priorities for operations.
• Track KPIs, identify opportunities for improvement and ensure service levels meet agreed standards.
• Manage relationships and performance of external service providers.
• Anticipate needs, identify risks and support problem-solving.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure smooth operations and effective processes.
