Qualifications

• University degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in operations, field service, maintenance or similar.
• Experience managing external partners and service contracts.
• Knowledge of Solar Self-Consumption and regulatory context.
• Willingness to travel within Portugal.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Field Operations activities with internal teams and external partners.
• Plan and monitor operational capacity, forecasts and priorities.
• Track KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor service levels and ensure quality and performance standards.
• Manage relationships and performance of external service providers.
• Anticipate operational needs and assist in problem-solving.
• Drive continuous improvement to boost efficiency and service quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
