Goldenergy, part of Axpo Group, is seeking a senior leader to shape and scale its distributed-energy portfolio, covering solar, batteries, prosumers, EV charging and energy flexibility. You will blend product ownership with field-operations management to define value propositions, business models and customer experiences while ensuring delivery capability of teams and partners.

You will connect strategy with execution, working with Field Services, IT, Sales, Customer Care and external partners.

Qualificações

• Experience leading product and field operations in energy markets.
• Experience with solar, batteries, EV charging.
• Ability to manage multiple topics concurrently.
• Experience with KPIs and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Define and maintain the vision, roadmap and priorities for distributed-energy products and field operations.
• Balance customer value, commercial impact, technical feasibility, regulatory requirements and delivery capacity.
• Ensure alignment between strategy, product development and operational delivery.
• Design and improve value propositions, business cases and bundles for different customer segments.
