Job summary

Greenvolt Power is recruiting an Asset Manager to own the P&L and day-to-day management of a renewable energy asset portfolio. You will coordinate O&M contractors, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive financial and operational performance across the asset lifecycle.

The role requires strong analytical skills and stakeholder management, with responsibilities spanning budgeting, reporting, risk management, and performance optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Energy Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Hold full ownership of asset P&L and report performance.
• Lead annual asset budgeting and track budget execution.
• Validate metering data and upload values in ETRM for settlement calculations.
• Ensure compliance with market and regulatory settlement requirements.
• Provide cost and production data for financial reporting and forecasting.
• Monitor performance improvement initiatives for assets under scope.
• Support asset risk management across asset lifecycle.
• Onboard the O&M contractor at handover and align on scope and reporting.
• Ensure documentation completeness and operator onboarding during transition.
• Coordinate site activities with contractors and follow maintenance plans.
• Review O&M contractor reports and incorporate findings into monthly asset reports.
• Monitor contractor performance against SLAs and escalate underperformance.
• Ensure on-site HSE policies are deployed and followed.
• Monitor spare parts stock and raise purchase requests when needed.
• Hold accountability for asset performance and value creation across the portfolio.
• Conduct weekly site performance reviews and verify production against plan.
• Coordinate with Performance Monitoring teams on analysis and improvement actions.
• Work with cross-functional teams across Finance, Energy Management, Engineering & Construction, and M&A.
