Job summary

Oman OnlineConnect is seeking a Head Pastry Chef for our Lisbon bakery to lead the creation and execution of all pastry items. You will mentor the team, develop menus, and ensure pastry quality and consistency across our offerings.

You will manage inventory and ordering, uphold food safety standards, and drive innovation with a focus on detail and timeliness, delivering desserts and pastries that delight customers daily.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.
• Proven track record of creating delicious pastries and desserts.
• Experience managing inventory and ordering supplies.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Ability to lead a team effectively.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee creation and execution of all pastry items in the bakery.
